Return Policy

Returns are available for nearly everything Petit Nursing Accessories sells. If purchased goods are damaged or defective in shipment from us, please contact us right away. We will be happy to send a replacement at no cost. The product must have its original label (if applicable) and be in its original condition to be exchanged or returned for store credit within 21 days of purchase. All sale items and fabric goods are final sale. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped with USPS. Petit Nursing Accessories is not responsible for packages that do not arrive. Orders are shipped within 3 days of being received, unless it is a pre-order, in which case you will receive a shipping date estimate at the time of purchase. If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order, we will contact you via email and/or telephone.

Colors

Every effort is made to present colors on our site accurately. Because computer monitors render color differently, color variations may occur. We are happy to take additional photos and email to you prior to your purchase is you are unsure about colors.
